FuelDash™ offers its services 7 days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm. (Closed on major holidays). Our hours of operation are also displayed within our mobile app.
Our fuel pricing is competitive to the gas station prices in your zip code. Pricing is integrated within our mobile app from the OPIS Average Fuel Cost Report for specified city zip codes. A small delivery fee is added to each order to help us offset prices from the Denver Fuel Terminal.
All in all, it is very close, if not the same, to what you’d pay at a local gas station within your city’s zip code – only now – the fuel conveniently comes to you.

We use the address/location information that you provided in the FuelDash™ mobile app. In case your location or vehicle is hard to find, or obstructed by trees, signage, or buildings, you also have the ability to take pictures of your car at its location and send them to us when you place your fuel delivery order in our app. When your fuel delivery technician arrives, he/she will confirm your vehicle and its location by taking a photo of your vehicle and its license plate. You will see that photo when the technician completes your order and sends you your receipt.
There shouldn’t be any problems, but if there is a problem with your fuel delivery order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fueldashinc.com.

Unless you have a Bluetooth Fuel Monitoring Device linked to your FuelDash™ account that can tell us how many gallons your car needs, we provide the ability for you to “guesstimate” within your ordering process. You can select if your vehicle is empty, 1/4 full, 1/2 full, or 3/4 full. We can provide a guesstimated order total based on the information you provide when placing your order. Please keep in mind that the costs for fuel (per gallon) are different from the day you place your order and from the day your fuel is delivered. You are charged for the cost per gallon on the day the fuel delivery is made.
Your fuel delivery order receipt will contain information about exactly how much fuel was added to your car, along with price for the cost per gallon on the day it was delivered. Very similar to what the receipt looks like from an average gas station.
The email address and/or mobile number associated with your FuelDash™ account will be used to send an order completion alert or notification, including the photos taken from our fuel technician. The fueling technician will make sure to secure your gas cap and close the gas door on your vehicle as well.
When your fuel technician arrives, he/she photographs your car/license plate to confirm the correct vehicle is being fueled. The technician then uses the pump on our delivery truck, which has a 30 foot hose, to add fuel to your car; the octane/fuel type that you ordered. Our technician then photographs your receipt from the fuel meter on our delivery truck, the same type of system that you’d expect to see at a gas station, then sends you your order completion email or text indicating the fuel order has been completed.
PLEASE NOTE: If your gas cap needs to be unlocked for us to fill your vehicle, you must have it unlocked before our technician arrives. An alert or notification will be sent to you to remind you of this very important step. If your gas cap is locked when our technician arrives and we are unable to fuel your car, an “Unable to Complete Order Fee” ($4.99) will be charged to your account to cover our time spent on route to fill your car.
No. It stays where it is. Our services are safe, secure and contactless as well. You don’t even have to be present to have your vehicle fueled. It remains parked where it is the entire time.
That’s ok! Just update your fuel order with that new location information, and make sure we confirm that with you before your scheduled delivery time. You can always cancel and reschedule for another date and time if you prefer.
